Realtors at Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. keep 100% of their commission on every transaction. The only fees are $100 per month and $400 per transaction. There are no commission splits, no royalties, no brand fees, and no hidden costs.

Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. operates Waterfront Institute, offering professional development sessions every Tuesday through Thursday at 11:00 AM. Sessions cover negotiation, market analysis, contracts, compliance, technology, and business building. Training is included at no additional cost for all licensees.

A Realtor-owned brokerage means the owners are active, producing Realtors — not investors, corporate shareholders, or a luxury brand. At Waterfront Realty Group, Inc., the ownership group still sells real estate under the same 100% commission model you do.
