Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. ("Waterfront," "we," "us," or "our") operates the websites at waterfrontrealtygroup.com, thedocksidewrgi.com, and waterfronttrainingacademy.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

Information We Collect

Lead & Inquiry Information: When you submit a contact, tour, home-value, or search request, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any property address, budget, neighborhood, and preference details you provide, so a Waterfront Realtor can respond and help you with your search or sale.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and professional license information.

Listing Data: We access MLS listing data through authorized APIs (Bridge Interactive / NABOR MLS) to provide marketing and transaction management services to our licensed Realtors.

Social Media: If you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), we access only the permissions you authorize — specifically to publish content on your behalf. We do not access your private messages, friend lists, or personal posts.

Usage Data: We collect standard usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our platform.

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange for a Waterfront Realtor to follow up by phone, text, or email about the property or service you asked about.
• Provide brokerage services including marketing tools, transaction management, and training
• Publish social media content you create and approve to your connected accounts
• Send transactional emails (listing alerts, open house notifications, training updates)
• Comply with real estate regulatory requirements (FREC, DBPR, NAR, NABOR)
• Improve and maintain our platform

Social Media Permissions

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we request the following permissions:

• pages_manage_posts: To publish marketing content (listings, market updates) to your Facebook Page on your behalf
• instagram_content_publish: To publish marketing content to your Instagram Business account on your behalf
• pages_read_engagement: To show you engagement metrics on your published posts

You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Social Accounts settings page. Upon disconnection, we immediately revoke access and delete stored access tokens.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help operate our platform (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Make.com, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Regulatory bodies when required by law (FREC, DBPR)
• MLS systems as required by your board membership

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage (AES-256-GCM), row-level security on all database tables, and role-based access controls.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Social media tokens are encrypted and stored only while your account is connected. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Marketing Communications & Your Choices

If you ask us to contact you, a Waterfront Realtor may follow up by phone, text, or email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message, emailing info@waterfrontrealtygroup.com, or calling (239) 263-1000. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS-consent box on one of our forms (for example, when signing in at a Waterfront Realty Group open house), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (typically up to approximately 6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information or mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only to send the messages you requested and to provide the related real-estate services. We maintain a suppression list of opted-out numbers and send only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time, in compliance with the TCPA and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
