Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. ("Waterfront," "we," "us," or "our") operates the websites at waterfrontrealtygroup.com, thedocksidewrgi.com, and waterfronttrainingacademy.com. By using our websites or services, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of Our Services
Our websites and tools are provided to help you search for, learn about, and transact in real estate, and to connect you with a licensed Waterfront Realtor. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information about yourself.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Program description. If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS-consent box on one of our forms — for example, when you sign in at a Waterfront Realty Group open house — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Waterfront Realty Group, Inc., including a welcome message and occasional follow-ups from the covering Realtor about the property you visited and similar listings.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to agree to receive texts in order to buy, sell, or use any service.
- Message frequency varies and is typically up to approximately 6 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or call (239) 263-1000.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain a suppression list so that opted-out numbers are not texted again.
- We send only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time and comply with applicable federal and Florida telephone-solicitation laws.
The mobile information you share when opting in to texts is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and the related real-estate services. We do not sell or share your opt-in data or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Listings & Market Data
Listing and market information is provided through authorized MLS feeds (Bridge Interactive / NABOR MLS) and is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed accurate. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not reflect the most current status of a property. Always verify details with your Waterfront Realtor.
No Agency Relationship Until Established in Writing
Submitting a form, signing in at an open house, or receiving messages from us does not by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship. Any such relationship is established only through a separate written agreement that complies with Florida law (FREC/DBPR).
Intellectual Property
All content on our websites — text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
